PARKING

Upstairs parking is designated for visitors only. Access to the upstairs parking area is restricted between 6:00 AM and 11:59 PM. Visitors are not permitted to park for more than a total of 30 hours per week, which equates to approximately 3 nights per week. Exceeding this limit will result in fines being issued.

When moving into Sutton Place, it is important to familiarize yourself with your assigned basement parking bay number. This will help ensure that you park in the correct spot and avoid inconveniencing other residents.

PETS

During the most recent Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on May 29, 2023, the owners of Sutton Place expressed their preference to the trustees that it would be advisable not to permit any additional pets at Sutton Place. This sentiment from the owners will serve as a general guideline for the upcoming year.

As a result, pets that are already residing in the premises will be allowed to remain until such time as the owners move out or no longer have a pet.

COMMON SENSE

We kindly request all residents and visitors of Sutton Place to apply common sense during their stay. It is important to be considerate and helpful towards others, and to always show respect to everyone within the community.
